
My clients come to me because they are processing difficult emotions, managing anxiety or longing for something different or more from their business, work or relationships.
In our one:one work together, you will tell me what’s going on for you. I will listen, reflect what I sense is really going on, and guide you in a process where we work together to get you where you want to be.
Some of the challenges I’ve worked through with people include:
Realigning their business offering or processes to better reflect who they are and what they want to offer the world.
Changing how they show up with authenticity at work, in relationships and for their families.
Gaining clarity on how to find work that is both meaningful and that also balances life demands.
Working with stress, discomfort or anxiety to continue show up and perform at their best.

I provide a confidential and safe space for you to get real and work through it so you can come out the other side and get to that place you want to be (even if you don’t know where that is yet). What I’ve come to see is that when we don’t get real and say it how it is, we get stuck, we don’t move forward—and in some cases, it can impact our state of mental health.

I don’t provide counselling services and I’m not going to tell you what to do. My job as a coach is to work with you; acting as a facilitator as you do the work of exploring, uncovering and unleashing what I believe you already innately know and are capable of.
Coaching is about empowering you to see the options, find the pearl of your own inner wisdom and figure out what steps you need to take to reach your goals.
My approach is evidence-based.
I have been professionally developing positive psychology and workplace culture products for years. I’ll be bringing that science and knowledge to you and will also be drawing from my training as an ICF Certified Coach to work with what is so we can get you to where you want to be.
