A little about me…
I believe each one of us has the power to achieve extraordinary things when we have the support and tools we need to thrive.
Life is going to throw you curveballs. The way forward isn’t always clear or easy, but there’s always a path forward that can get us that little bit closer to where we want to be.
I’ve been there—and I am here to support you.
I am a certified life and business performance coach, mother, friend and change-maker (not always in that order). About 12 years ago I went out on my own and started my own communications practice where I worked with clients from the public, private, non-profit and philanthropic sectors. It was an extraordinary journey where I had the opportunity to work with amazing clients passionate about making change in the areas of workplace mental health, diversity and inclusion, and sustainability. Working as a consultant was perfect for me—I was able to find a balance between being there for my family and making the world a kinder, healthier place.
After a couple of big personal challenges and a less than ideal fit in a professional role, things started to shift for me. After years of therapy, I began work with a coach. It was a powerful experience. Working with a therapist had helped me work through difficult circumstances from my past, but I was ready to move beyond those old stories and reach for something new—that’s where coaching came in, and it was transformative. I began to see that the theories and practice of communications and systems transformation could be harnessed for positive change in how organizations operate and how people think, feel and show up in the world.
That’s when I began my journey in supporting people and organizations to build skills that make us healthier, happier and more productive so that we can collaborate better and accomplish extraordinary things.
What People Are Saying
“Alex has helped me to isolate and understand areas of my life where I am looking for peace and strength. Her style allows our sessions to develop naturally, and she has a curiosity that is infectious, encouraging me to ask important questions about myself and my life. Attention to details that sometimes seem unrelated have yielded surprising and often deep discoveries about my life, my choices and possibilities for developing myself as a whole. My feelings and behaviors have changed in many situations. My confidence and sense of purpose have both grown and matured and I feel happier and healthier overall. Highly recommend!”

I was amazed at how quickly dynamics changed and how much better I feel at work and about my relationships there as a result.”
